Words of sleep........

I recently heard a talk about ultradian sleepiness. Ultradian (ultra + circadian) means more than one once in 24 hours, whereas circadian means the 24-hour daily rhythmic cycle of the body. Ultradian sleepiness is seen in the first 3 hours of waking, in 12 hours after waking, and before bedtime.

Others terms for sleepiness?

Well, someone should just tuck you in, then!

The AHD (www.dictionary.com) suggests it may have come from "tuck". One of the meanings of "tuck" is "energy; vigor" (AHD).
