Here's a vocabulary question.
A menu from a local restaurant was recently put through my letter box. On it are these three items - beef snader, chicken snader and Hawaii snader. Having no Idea what a "snader" is I googled it and the only google hits were for the restaurant that had provided the menu in the first place. I still have no idea. Is it a misspelling? If so, of what? Is it just a word they made up? Is it a foreign word? (It is a Kurdish restaurant but Google Translate doesn't recognise it as a Kurdish word.) Has anyone ever heard this word?

I guess that it's their recipe for each item, thus their name appended.

Nice try - and one I thought of - but appears nowhere else, not even in the name of the restaurant.

Have you asked the owner of the restaurant?

Never been there. Don't even know for sure where it is. It was just a menu stuffed through my (and presumably everyone else's) letter box.

I looked it up and it comes up as a name. In fact there is the Snader Family Alaskan Cookbook.
