This found on the website, "This is True:"

PUBLICITY PLAY: Solliden, the king of Sweden's private royal estate, was
built in 1906. But the Italian company Calzificio Pinelli, which owns
the trademark Solidea, filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against
the king, saying that Solliden is too similar to Solidea. "The
trademarks are nearly identical, both phonetically and visually,"
claimed Pinelli's lawyer. But the Swedish Patent and Registration
Office dismissed the claim, noting the former is a royal estate and the
latter is a brand of underwear, and unlikely to be confused. (Sweden
Local) ...Hardly seems worth getting one's undies in a wad.

The underwear maker didn't mention the similarity between his trademark name and the French toy car maker, Solido, which was founded in 1910. So much for the nattering knicker knitter! Maybe he's dyslexic, and thinks his brand is "Soiled, eh?" Roll Eyes

Next, will we see Mars filing a copyright suit against the planet as it infringes on their trademark, or suing the galaxy because it has the same name as a Milky Way bar?

OK, I give - what's the trick to seeing the reference to the asterisk? Or do you not want your asterisk in telling me? Wink
