Always a delight to watch and listen. The turboencabulator has a long and rich history as an in-joke amongst engineers (link). (See also, the Rockwell version (link).

It sounds rather like an engineers' version of unobtainium, as used in Avatar and other works of fiction.

Funny how people thing unobtanium was coined by Avatar's writers, yet I've herd it and used it for years.
