What instances of "suitable names" have you come across? For instance, is your dentist named Mr Payne?

That's great, and they can be so fun! I have spent more time than I probably should have coming up with great patient names on my students' exams.

One of my favorites was about a patient with venereal disease named: Lucinda Streets. Now, as you might imagine, Shufitz came up with that one!
