Question:
Following on from the drink related words thread where the question has been asked regarding how much the British drink, let's try to find out scientifically.
As this board seems to only allow one question for polls this one is for Brits only. There is a separate one for "the rest of the World".

How much beer to youconsume in an average week ?

Purgamentum init, exit purgamentum

Read all about my travels around the world here.

Choices:
Less than one pint.
1-4 pints
5-8 pints
9-12 pints
More than 12 pints

Just giving this topic a bump so it doesn't slip too far down the list. Smile

Odd choice of words, Arnie. In parts of the states (the northern mid-west and maybe others) a "bump" is a shot of whiskey. I've heard that it's fairly commom for a Wisconsinite (word?) or a Minnesotian (ditto?) to go into a bar and order "a beer and a bump," meaning a shot of the hard stuff with a beer chaser.

It would seem then that a "bump" is the last thing this thread might need.
