Was the town of Livonia, Michigan settled by Latvians? I seem to remember that "livonian" refers to Latvia. Zmj, arnie, Tinamn, et al, whadda you say? | ||

Almost right; it is/was an area in the Baltic, now part of Estonia, Latvia and Sweden. There are, apparently, six places in the USA called Livonia, including two in New York. See Wikipedia. Build a man a fire and he's warm for a day. Set a man on fire and he's warm for the rest of his life. | |||
