I need to create a good mnemonic device for the 6 early literacy skills that I'm trying to teach people about. Can you all help with this? Here are the skills - they can be in any order: Phonemic Awareness Vocabulary Narrative Skills Print Motivation Print Awareness Letter Knowledge Any device you can come up with would be helpful! ******* "Happiness is not something ready made. quote:It seems to me that 'p' is not going to be much help when three of the items begin with 'p', and two with 'pr'. How about something like this: A little girl wants to talk to her grandmother Victora. She pleads, "Aw mom; Let's phone nana Vicky!" aw = AWareness mo = MOtivation let = LETter phone = PHONEmes na = NArrative ViC = VoCabulary | |||
