Not just for nerds.

Because, I'm not bad, I'm just drawn that way? I enjoy constrained light verse about as much as the next guy, but there is just something in me that rebels. But WSG ain't taking the credit for these (nor the blame). They are 100% zmjian.

The attribution is from Pearson's Magazine, 1903 as you can see. I had heard it, or at least recalled it, differently, with the last line being "But I'm so glad it wasn't..."

(I see along URL instead of an underlined link...have to go figure out why)

[Corrected; I just cut it down to exclude the words you searched on which had an apostrophe in it. Those apostrophes cause way more trouble than they are worth. ]
